Cutter Aviation Welcomes Scott Andre as New General Managerof
El Paso FBO Location

EL PASO, TX – Cutter Aviation
is proud to announce the appointment of Scott Andre as the new General Manager at
Cutter Aviation’s El Paso International Airport (ELP) location in El Paso,
TX. With over 25 years of experience in
the aviation industry, he is a valuable new addition to the Cutter Aviation team
serving the Southwestern United States.

join the Cutter Aviation team” said Andre, “I look forward to bringing my
resources in customer-focused management to reinforce the already outstanding
crew at our El Paso location to better serve our customers.”
As General Manager for El
Paso, Andre will be responsible for managing all operations at the location and
will be heavily involved in sustaining current business and promoting facility
growth through new opportunities. Additionally he will be an active part of the
Cutter Aviation General Manager team tasked with continual improvement of the
brand and customer experience throughout the entire network of eight locations.

Prior to joining the Cutter
Aviation team, Andre was Airport Operations Manager for Houston Executive
Airport and Line Service Manager for
Raytheon Aircraft Services. He also honorably served in active duty with the
United States Air Force for 20 years before joining the corporate aviation industry. Andre is also in the final stages of
achieving a dual graduate degree in the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
graduate program in Aviation/Aerospace Management and Aviation Safety
Management.
Cutter Aviation El Paso was
the third location added to the Cutter Aviation FBO network and originally
opened in 1982 to serve the general & commercial aviation market in the
vital airport-of-entry on the U.S. / Mexico border. In 2006, Cutter Aviation opened a new,
state-of-the-art FBO facility at El Paso on the Southeast side of El Paso
International Airport to better serve both based and transient customers.
