Because of this, Cutter Aviation Dallas McKinney has both shared corporate hangar space and individual T-Hangar space available for short and long-term use and rental. Transient Hangar Space (for overnight or short-term use)
Cutter Aviation Dallas-McKinney has over 15,000 square feet of exclusive available hangar space that may accommodate up to a Challenger or Gulfstream class aircraft for transient customers. Based Tenant Hangar Space for Lease
Cutter Aviation Dallas McKinney has based customer hangar space available within our selection of individual Box Hangars and T-Hangars. We currently have the following sizes available:
- Box Hangars: Fully Enclosed Box Hangars 59′ wide x 49′ deep. Fully insulated with a walk-through door on hangar door. Units are equipped with a fire sprinkler system.
- T-Hangar – 40 foot: Fully Enclosed T-Hangar with 40′ wide, 2-panel sliding metal hangar door opening. Each unit has a concrete floor, an overhead light, one (1) power outlet of 110 volts, and a fire extinguisher.
- T-Hangar – 50 foot: Fully Enclosed T-Hangar with 50′ wide, 2-panel sliding metal hangar door opening. Each unit has a concrete floor, an overhead light, one (1) power outlet of 110 volts, and a fire extinguisher.
- T-Hangar – 60 foot: Fully Enclosed T-Hangar with 60′ wide, 2-panel sliding metal hangar door opening. Each unit has a concrete floor, an overhead light, one (1) power outlet of 110 volts, and a fire extinguisher.
All hangars are leased on a 12 month basis.
