Cutter Aviation understands that the Albuquerque, New Mexico region has a very diverse climate ranging from hot, dry summers, to rainy, monsoon seasons, to cold winter weather at times — and as a result our customers and tenants need a way to protect their aircraft from the elements in a secure environment. As a full-service FBO location, Cutter Aviation Albuquerque has a large facility with over 72,000 square feet of hangar space for both transient and based customers. Cutter Aviation Albuquerque also has office space within the FBO facility available for lease — perfect for small flight departments and other aviation businesses. Transient Hangar Space (for overnight or short-term use)
Cutter Aviation Albuquerque has 72,000 square feet of available hangar space that may accommodate up to a Cessna Citation X aircraft for transient and based aircraft. Hangar door maximum width is 120′ and maximum height is 20′. Based Tenant Hangar Space

Office Space for Rent / Lease
Cutter Aviation Albuquerque has several office leasing opportunities within our facility available to non-competing, aviation affiliated businesses. The following office spaces are available as of 10/12/2010:
- One (1) large 1500 sq. ft. office area with its own restroom facilities and split into several offices around a main area.
- One (1) 10′x14′ Office – Access to FBO common restroom area.
- One (1) 21′x20′ Office – Access to FBO common restroom area.
- One (1) 10′x15′ Office – Access to FBO common restroom area.
